Ensign Global College, in collaboration with the Center for Business, Health, and Prosperity at the University of Utah, is pleased to offer an executive education experience, CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT: Improving Business Performance through Exceptional Customer Experience (CX), focused on developing the practical skills and the essential knowledge needed to create an exceptional customer experience to improve business outcomes of your organization. The course will take place Saturday, October8, 2022, at the Ensign Global Campus in Kpong.
The course is for entrepreneurs and business leaders to implement strategies focused on customer experiences that can continue to help drive business results and achieve competitive financial performance.
