Ensign Global College faculty member, Dr. Sandra Kushitor, and MPH candidate, Helen Bour (Cohort Nine) attended the “Food Systems Transformation” conference held at Stellenbosch University in South Africa.
This event served as a global platform for faculty and students to showcase their expertise and contribute to addressing some of the most pressing challenges with the world’s food systems. Dr.
Sandra Boatemaa Kushitor said, “We are grateful for the collaboration and expertise that surrounded us during this event. Visionaries, experts, and passionate individuals came together to build a shared vision of resilient and inclusive food systems. Together, we’re making a difference.”
