10th Graduation Ceremony Information

Dear Graduand,

Congratulations on reaching this remarkable milestone in your academic journey at Ensign Global University! We are thrilled to celebrate your success at the upcoming 10th Graduation Ceremony. Please read the information below carefully to ensure a smooth and successful graduation process.

1. Registration and Payment

To complete your graduation registration, a non-refundable fee of GH¢500.00 must be paid by the deadline. Please ensure you register online for your graduation session before making any payments.

Deadline for Registration and Payment: Wednesday, 16th July 2025

2. Payment Information

Payments can be made through the approved Ensign Global University payment channels. Kindly visit the Payment Options page for detailed instructions.

Note: Payments can only be made within the approved period. Late payments will not be accepted.

3. Academic Gown and Certificate Collection

Graduates will receive their certificates upon returning their academic gowns. Please bring your Ensign Student ID card when collecting your certificate. You may also be asked to show proof of payment for verification purposes.

A penalty will be charged for late return of academic gowns.

4. Alumni Registration

As you transition from student to alum, we warmly invite you to join the Ensign Alumni Network. Stay connected, share opportunities, and continue to lead with purpose.
