Curriculum structure
The MPH degree is an accelerated, intensive one-year program. Students complete two semesters of coursework followed by three months of Applied Practice Experience and thesis work.

Applied Practice Experience
The Applied Practice Experience is a required component of the MPH program, giving students supervised experience in real-world public health settings.
100 practicum hours with professional deliverables
Students complete practicum work with preceptor supervision, applying concepts, theories, and competencies learned in the classroom to public health practice.
Real-world setting
Students work with public health agencies or organizations that provide a public health service.
Supervised practice
The APE is overseen by course faculty and completed with preceptor supervision.
Portfolio-based competency
