Graduation Ceremony 2026

Saturday, 14 November 2026 | Ensign Global University Campus, Kpong

Cohorts F25 and S25 · Graduands report 45 minutes before the ceremony begins

Congratulations, graduands! Congregation is the proudest moment of the academic year — a celebration of your hard work, your commitment to public health and the people who supported you along the way.

This page brings together everything you and your guests need to know for the day: arrival, seating, the order of proceedings and what happens after the ceremony.

Graduation Day

Arrival and Venue

The ceremony takes place in person on the University campus, on the main lawn, for all graduands. The programme includes addresses by University officials and the class Valedictorian, followed by the official conferment of degrees and the presentation of graduands.

On arrival, graduands and their invited guests should report to the EGU Auditorium for check-in and directions. Dress is formal, and graduands should wear their academic gowns correctly. Designated car parks are available across the campus, and ushers will direct you to them.

Seating

Each graduand is assigned a seat number once registration for Congregation closes. Sign in to the student portal to check your assigned seat and make a note of it.

Graduands must arrive at least 45 minutes before the ceremony begins and should locate their seats before proceedings start.

Ceremony Proceedings

Each graduand is recognised individually by University officials on the stage.

As a mark of respect, male graduands are asked to remove their caps before approaching the stage.
